CNY Landowner Coalition - Important Meeting on April 10th

Important CNY Landowner’s Coalition Meetings
April 10th, 2010
Unadilla Valley Central School
9:30am & 1:30pm

The Central New York Landowner’s Coalition is hosting very important meetings at the Unadilla Valley Central School at 4238 State Highway 8 New Berlin, NY 13411 on Saturday, April 10th, 2010. All coalition members are strongly urged to attend, however, the meetings are open to all who have interest.

These meetings are extremely important since they cover three significant items:

The Latest Information on NY Leasing Activity – Scott Kurkoski, Attorney
There is a lot of buzz regarding New York leasing activity. Our Attorney’s update will bring everyone up-to-speed with the latest news. Mr. Kurkoski will also highlight a couple of adjustments made to our lease since we last met.

The Varying Geological Strengths of our Coalition – Don Zaengle, Geologist
Since our coalition covers a large region, not every landowner has the identical geological strengths. Well known geologist, Don Zaengle, will give an overview of our coalition’s properties and will help each landowner understand the geological potential of their land. Mr. Zaengle will also share the latest production data from the recently drilled Ross 1 well in Otsego County.

Proactively Increasing the Value and Marketability of Our Properties. – Brian Conover, Steering Committee Member
Our coalition steering committee has been working on ways to increase the value and marketability of our properties. We have an excellent strategy that, we believe, will accomplish the above priorities. We will share this strategy at these coalition meetings and will get your input on pursuing it.

A question and answer time will follow these three presentations. At the meetings, we will also have a pro-drilling petition for each attendee to sign which will be forwarded to our representatives in Albany. Lastly, we will have a donation box to help replenish our funds for future mailers to update our coalition on lease activity and future meetings.

9:30am Meeting - Attendees whose last names begin with A-K.

1:30pm Meeting – Attendees whose last names begin with L-Z.

We understand that not everyone can attend the meeting designated for them, however, we encourage most to do so in order to have adequate seating at each meeting for all. There is no need to pre-register – JUST ATTEND!

There are 194,500 acres represented in the Coalition as of 8/18/2010. The latest gas offers in New York State are $3000/acre with 20% royalties.
