Attend Your Regional Meeting:

  • Get updates on the DEC/SGEIS and the Political climate of NY.
  • View our coalition maps and an expanded map of your region.
  • Study a map of the current leaseholds in your county.
  • Hear the latest on the current industry interest in our coalition.
  • Form a task force of local landowners to make your region even better.
  • Ask questions of your coalition leadership.

 

FUTURE MEETINGS:
With our region #2 meeting done, the next meetings are all planned and ready to go. Note the change in the region #6 meeting location.

Region #1 - October 13th – 6:00 pm - Norwich Perry Brown elementary school (NW Chenango)
Towns of Preston, McDonough, German, Plymouth, Pharsalia, Pitcher, Smyrna, Otselic and Lincklaen

Region #3 - October 14th – 6:00 pm - Greene Central HS (SW Chenango)
Towns of Coventry, Greene, Oxford and Smithville

Region #5 - October 20th – 6:00 pm - Edmeston Central School (NW Otsego)
Otsego County Towns of Pittsfield, Edmeston and Plainfield

Regions #4&6 - October 27th – 6:30 pm - Bainbridge High School (SE Chenango & SW Otsego)
Towns of Afton, Bainbridge and Guilford & Otsego County towns of Unadilla, Butternuts and Morris

A FUTURE SATURDAY MEETING:
The coalition committee met and discussed hosting a Saturday meeting for those who are out of town landowners. We'll update you when that is officially planned.

We encourage you to understand the latest developments in your coalition.  If you do not find your town listed under a meeting location, attend the meeting closest to you.

There are 194,500 acres represented in the Coalition as of 8/18/2010. The latest gas offers in New York State are $3000/acre with 20% royalties.
